Join us for wingshooting adventure in the Central Oregon. Our public and private venues offer a range of bird hunting options from easy to challenging. Pursue chukar, pheasant, and quail with one of our well trained English Setters, or bring your own hunting companion. Enjoy hunting the field by day, and relaxing in our comfortable lodging in downtown Maupin by night. Our bird hunting packages offer a great outdoor experience from late October through January.
Your Day in the Field
Your hunting day begins at 9:00 am in front of your lodging. After a short fifteen minute drive we will be lacing our boots and loading ammo at a cabin that will serve as our starting and ending point for the day. Our English Setters Tuka, Storm, and Dixon (one dog and guide per two hunters) will guide you into a mix of chukar and pheasant. After a full day in the field and a short drive back to Maupin, relax in the comfort of our lodging. Your birds will be professionally cleaned for you. Our guided bird hunts are great when paired with any of our Deschutes River fly fishing trips.
Lodging & Breakfast
Our lodging is located downtown Maupin, Oregon, within the Deschutes River Canyon. Only minutes from thirteen boat launches, our lodging also provides convenient access to the area's finest private upland bird hunting. With comfortable furnishings and a cozy fly fishing atmosphere, you will not find a better value in the area.
